The road to the Imagine Cup EMEA Regional Final kicked off this week with the selection of our 12 EMEA Regional Finalist teams! Click here to meet the EMEA Finalists.

Microsoft’s Imagine Cup gives student developers the tools and resources to turn their technology ideas into reality with Azure. From developing business and technology skills to having the chance to win cash, mentoring, and travel, the opportunities for students are endless.   

GIST is partnering with Microsoft to provide training for the participating startups teams while they are at the Regional Finals in the Netherlands. The GIST Pitch Training will provide the finalists with industry experts who will help the teams understand how to better run their businesses. The training will also work with the entrepreneurs on how to perfect their pitches and on the best way to present their startups to a panel of judges. During the training, students receive one-on-one mentorship and plenty of time to practice their pitches.

Students this year were challenged to develop an original idea in teams of up to three and submit their project and video pitch for the chance to advance in the competition. Out of hundreds of teams who submitted projects to the EMEA Online Semifinal and Pakistan National Final, we are excited to introduce the teams who will be moving forward to the EMEA Regional Final in Amsterdam this March!
