Problem which Recrudio is solving;

We are working to help companies in hiring the right person, as need of soft skills in corporate world is increasing and a research of Dale Carnage Institute says 85% of a person's financials success depends on how you communicate, negotiate and lead and there is not much opportunity for the employer to assess these skills of the candidate before interviews which bounds the time of HR personnel, it increase infrastructure cost and most importantly takes a lot of time to hire person. As we have realized that need of skills is increasing and existing conventional cv and screening methods are not enough to fulfill the job we launched Recrudio - Video Resume & Intelligence portal. Our video resume web portal which will allow employer to search candidates through smart filters after basic screening employer will see the video resume rather than calling shortlisted candidates for interview. Once screening basis on video resume employer will call relevant candidates for interview. Initial screening with help of Recrudio will increase the chances of right hire and save the cost of bad hire which 30% of their annual salary as per US Labor Force survey along with this we will save time and cost of irrelevant interviews.

We will also charge candidates which can be considered as B-2-C Model as well;
