In addition, it is impossible to find the addresses where the products are found, the current system needs third party intervention to accomplish these tasks which leads to an extra effort and money expenditure to the owner of the business.

Evanttar is portal where event owner chooses the products needed to host the event in simplified and elegant way. In addition, the portal allows the event owner to automatically manage its event based on event tasks and budget. By dividing the event into manageable task and budget, Evanttar allow event owner to take care of other important tasks. It also allows the product vendors to share their products and services to be published to the portal.

The other feature of our service is the ability to connect events for customers by providing the users the ability to host connected events. For instance, if we take marriage ceremony, the system will provide the user products for each steps of the ceremony like proposal day, bachelor parties, wedding day, honey moons and so many.

At first stages, our service is a portal that allows customers plan their event based on their income and their choices by giving them variety of choices of products based on type, price and other parameters. The platform will allow customers to search products that fits for the event they are planning and also the platform will allow the vendors (in case of Car, starting from the one who have a car to the one who own big car rental company) to provide what they offer to the customer.
